My grandma comes here really often to get her nails done and they always look soooo pretty so I decided to try them out. I went today, I had a man technician idk his name but he was very nice as well as all the other staff. I didn’t know what kind of design I wanted i just knew I wanted some coffin shaped acrylics so I let the guy do them how he wanted. They came out really pretty and he took his time while doing them. I’m really happy with my experience here, I went on a Friday afternoon and I spent about an hour there. I’ll definitely be going back ~ K E

I just visited them today for the first time and I'm glad I did! Got a lovely signature pedi with one of the coolest foil gel polish jobs I've ever received. The staff is so kind and helpful, the salon is lovely and clean, and there's lots of space so you're not right on top of the person next to you. I definitely plan to go back for my monthly pedi treat! (Sorry no photos of my beautiful toes...I'm just weird about posting pictures of my feet on the internet 😆). ~ Apryl R

I’ve gone here so many times and this is where I always go I highly recommend this place. The workers are very respectful and take their time doing things. They do a great job and always try to make u feel welcome. Vivi the owner is really sweet and nice and also does a great job. I love my new nails. Very much appreciated. I have gone to this place for years !! And I'm very very picky about my nails. I've tried each person out and they all have done a great job. But I now personally use vivi , she is just so sweet and remembers me every time! Which to me means a lot. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Idk why there are bad comments of this place but as a long time customer, they are and always have been so great !!! I'll never go anywhere else ❤ ~ Crystal P

Recently moved to Albuquerque and it took me a little while to find someone to do Brazilian wax. I have found this particular salon to be professional and at the same time makes you feel comfortable. They ensure you are pleased with the service before you leave. I also did my nails and at 3 weeks and counting, I am still receiving compliments at how neat and pretty it looks. I give this nail salon 10 out of 10. Not only was is absolutely chic and beautiful inside, the service was also wonderful. The owner of the salon did my nails and I have to say she was extremely kind and professional, you can really tell she cares about her guests and her business, which goes a long way in the beauty industry. Jess was very professional and gentle. She followed my requests and was very sweet about doing so. I asked for white gel polish, and i didn’t want to cut down my nails even though they were different shapes as i am trying to grow them. I love going to Vivi's!! They always do such a good job. Super friendly also. Vivi actually has a conversation with you unlike other places that have you sitting in awkward silence. And the most important part they always do what you want and never try to talk to you out of it to do what they want. And definitely never have you waiting hours to be seen. WOW!! in new to Albuquerque NM and came to VIVI's not only had wonderful service by Vivi her self but I had to throw a curve ball at her and let her know I was pressed for time... LADIES... she not only delivered but left me in AWE with my beautiful nails!!! I was actually hesitant to go because I usually go somewhere else, but my niece told me about the place she goes to get her nails and it was much closer so I decided to go and honestly they do nails exactly how you want th done and they are responsible price this is my second time going and plan on staying with the great service nice and welcoming definitely recommend it 😊 ~ barbara R

I have received excellent care and service from everyone that works in this salon. I am always a walk-in because I drop in as my schedule permits and every time I work with someone new but I receive the same high level of care and attention to detail. WOW! Vivi and her staff are great! It took almost 6 months to find a salon that had a staff that was creative, friendly and enjoyed pampering you. Vivi Nails fits the bill! Best place to get nails in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho! Vivi creates the most beautiful nail designs! I will never go anywhere else! The staff are always so welcoming. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially because I like intricate designs and "bling". Plus they are gentle on your hands and toes. Clean facility as well. ~ Jolene S

Gianna and her team are the best! You always receive the best service! The spa is very clean and they always use clean tools. They make appointments and they are flexible. Our whole family, including our men, have be coming for the past 2 years. The salon is always immaculate and welcoming. You leave feeling pampered and well taken care of. I loved the environment. I felt welcomed, very clean place! Came to get our eyebrow waxed, set of nails. My little one also got her nails painted. The experience was was the best we ever had.
